They wentinto Capernaum;and immediatelyon the SabbathHe enteredthe synagogueand [began] to teach.
and leavingNazareth,He cameand settledin Capernaum,which is by the sea,in the regionof Zebulunand Naphtali.
Jesus was going throughoutallGalilee,teachingin their synagoguesand proclaimingthe gospelof the kingdom,and healingeverykindof diseaseand every kindof sicknessamongthe people.
ImmediatelyHe calledthem; and they lefttheir fatherZebedeein the boatwith the hired servants,and went awayto followHim.
And immediatelyafter they cameout of the synagogue,they cameinto the houseof Simonand Andrew,with Jamesand John.
And the wholecityhad gatheredat the door.
And He wentinto their synagoguesthroughoutallGalilee,preachingand castingout the demons.
Gettingup, He wentfrom thereto the regionof Judeaand beyondthe Jordan;crowdsgatheredaroundHim again,and, accordingto His custom,He once more[began] to teachthem.
When He had comebackto Capernaumseveral daysafterward,it was heardthat He was at home.
He enteredagaininto a synagogue;and a manwas therewhose handwas withered.
When the Sabbathcame,He beganto teachin the synagogue;and the manylistenerswere astonished,saying,"Wheredid this man [get] these things,and whatis [this] wisdomgivento Him, and suchmiraclesas theseperformedby His hands?
"And you, Capernaum,will not be exaltedto heaven,will you? You will be brought downto Hades!
And He was teachingin oneof the synagogueson the Sabbath.
And He cameto Nazareth,whereHe had beenbroughtup; and as was His custom,He enteredthe synagogueon the Sabbath,and stoodup to read.
And He saidto them, "No doubtyou will quotethisproverbto Me, 'Physician,healyourself!Whateverwe heardwas doneat Capernaum,doherein your hometownas well.'"
And accordingto Paul'scustom,he wentto them, and for threeSabbathsreasonedwith them from the Scriptures,
And he was reasoningin the synagogueeverySabbathand trying to persuadeJewsand Greeks.
