In the thirty-ninthyearof his reignAsabecamediseasedin his feet.His diseasewas severe,yet evenin his diseasehe did not seekthe LORD,but the physicians.
"But you smearwith lies;You are allworthlessphysicians.
Oh giveus helpagainstthe adversary,For deliveranceby manis in vain.
Stopregardingman,whosebreath[of life] is in his nostrils;For whyshould he be esteemed?
for they allputin out of their surplus,but she, out of her poverty,putin allshe owned,allshe had to liveon."
and wheneverit seizeshim, it slamshim [to the ground] and he foams[at the mouth], and grindshis teethand stiffensout. I toldYour disciplesto castit out, and they couldnot [do it]."
And there was a womanwho for eighteenyearshad hada sicknesscaused by a spirit;and she was bent double,and couldnot straightenup at all.
"And this woman,a daughterof Abrahamas she is, whomSatanhas boundfor eighteenlongyears,shouldshe not have been releasedfrom thisbondon the Sabbathday?"
And when He cameout ontothe land,He was metby a manfrom the citywho was possessedwith demons;and who had not puton any clothingfor a longtime,and was not livingin a house,but in the tombs.
for he hadan onlydaughter,abouttwelveyearsold, and she was dying.But as He went,the crowdswere pressing againstHim.
cameup behindHim and touchedthe fringeof His cloak,and immediatelyher hemorrhagestopped.
As He passedby, He sawa manblindfrom birth.
but howhe nowsees,we do not know;orwhoopenedhis eyes,we do not know.Askhim; he is of age,he will speakfor himself."
And a manwho had beenlamefrom his mother'swombwas being carriedalong, whomthey used to set downeverydayat the gateof the templewhich is calledBeautiful,in order to begalmsof thosewho were enteringthe temple.
