And He cameto Nazareth,whereHe had beenbroughtup; and as was His custom,He enteredthe synagogueon the Sabbath,and stoodup to read.
and cameand livedin a citycalledNazareth.[This was] to fulfillwhatwas spokenthroughthe prophets:"He shall be calleda Nazarene."
Whenthey had performedeverythingaccordingto the Lawof the Lord,they returnedto Galilee,to their owncityof Nazareth.
And whenHe becametwelve,they wentup [there] accordingto the customof the Feast;
And He went downwith them and cameto Nazareth,and He continued in subjectionto them; and His mothertreasuredall[these] thingsin her heart.
And He [began] teachingin their synagoguesand was praisedby all.
And the bookof the prophetIsaiahwas handedto Him. And He openedthe bookand foundthe placewhereit was written,
And He beganto sayto them, "TodaythisScripturehas been fulfilledin your hearing."
And He saidto them, "No doubtyou will quotethisproverbto Me, 'Physician,healyourself!Whateverwe heardwas doneat Capernaum,doherein your hometownas well.'"
Jesusansweredhim, "I have spokenopenlyto the world;I alwaystaughtin synagoguesand in the temple,whereallthe Jewscome together;and I spokenothingin secret.
And accordingto Paul'scustom,he wentto them, and for threeSabbathsreasonedwith them from the Scriptures,
