As for the portionsof fatfrom the oxand from the ram,the fattail,and the [fat] covering,and the kidneysand the lobeof the liver,
Do not eatanyof it rawor boiledat allwith water,but ratherroastedwith fire,[both] its headand its legsalongwith its entrails.
"You shall takeallthe fatthat coversthe entrailsand the lobeof the liver,and the twokidneysand the fatthat is on them, and offerthem up in smokeon the altar.
The priestshall offerthem up in smokeon the altar[as] food,an offeringby firefor a soothingaroma;allfatis the LORD'S.
Then Aaron'ssonsshall offer[it] up in smokeon the altaron the burntoffering,whichis on the woodthat is on the fire;it is an offeringby fireof a soothingaromato the LORD.
From the sacrificeof peaceofferingshe shall bringas an offeringby fireto the LORD,its fat,the entirefattailwhich he shall removecloseto the backbone,and the fatthat coversthe entrailsand allthe fatthat is on the entrails,
The fatand the kidneysand the lobeof the liverof the sinoffering,he then offeredup in smokeon the altarjustas the LORDhad commandedMoses.
