When He enteredthe temple,the chief priestsand the eldersof the peoplecameto Him while He was teaching,and said,"By whatauthorityare You doingthese things,and whogaveYou thisauthority?"
But he answeredthem, "He who mademe wellwas the onewho saidto me, 'Pickup your palletand walk.'"
But the man who was healeddid not knowwhoit was, for Jesushad slipped awaywhile there was a crowdin [that] place.
For I testifyabout them that they havea zealfor God,but not in accordancewith knowledge.
They saidto oneanother,"Whodidthisthing?"And when they searchedabout and inquired,they said,"Gideonthe sonof Joashdidthisthing."
Saulsaid,"Drawnearhere,allyou chiefsof the people,and investigateand seehowthissinhas happenedtoday.
