do you sayof Him, whomthe Fathersanctifiedand sentinto the world,'You are blaspheming,'becauseI said,I amthe Sonof God'?
"I knewthat You alwayshearMe; but becauseof the peoplestanding aroundI saidit, sothat they may believethat You sentMe."
"As You sentMe into the world,I alsohave sentthem into the world.
that they may allbe one;evenas You, Father,[are] in Me and I in You, that they alsomay be in Us, sothat the worldmay believethat You sentMe.
I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfectedin unity,sothat the worldmay knowthat You sentMe, and lovedthem, evenas You have lovedMe.
"O righteousFather,althoughthe worldhas not knownYou, yetI have knownYou; and thesehave knownthat You sentMe;
"Thisis eternallife,that they may knowYou, the onlytrue God,and JesusChristwhomYou have sent.
for the wordswhichYou gaveMe I have givento them; and they received[them] and trulyunderstoodthat I came forthfrom You, and they believedthat You sentMe.
SoJesussaidto them again,"Peace[be] with you; as the Fatherhas sentMe, I alsosendyou."
"For He whomGodhas sentspeaksthe wordsof God;for He givesthe Spiritwithoutmeasure.
"But the testimonywhich I haveis greaterthan [the testimony of] John;for the workswhichthe Fatherhas givenMe to accomplish--the veryworksthat I do--testifyaboutMe, that the Fatherhas sentMe.
"You do not haveHis wordabidingin you, for you do not believeHim whomHe sent.
"Do not thinkthat I will accuseyou beforethe Father;the one who accusesyou is Moses,in whomyou have set your hope.
Jesusansweredand saidto them, "Thisis the workof God,that you believein Him whomHe has sent."
"For I have come downfrom heaven,not to doMy ownwill,but the willof Him who sentMe.
"For thisis the willof My Father,that everyonewho beholdsthe Sonand believesin Him will haveeternallife,and I Myselfwill raisehim up on the lastday."
"As the livingFathersentMe, and I livebecauseof the Father,sohe who eatsMe, he alsowill livebecauseof Me.
"I knowHim, becauseI amfrom Him, and He sentMe."
She said,"No one,Lord."And Jesussaid,"I do not condemnyou, either.Go.From nowon sinno more.]"
Jesussaidto them, "IfGodwere your Father,you would loveMe, for I proceeded forthand have comefrom God,for I have not evencomeon My own initiative,but He sentMe.
and He Himselfis the propitiationfor our sins;and not for oursonly,but alsofor [those of] the wholeworld.
We have seenand testifythat the Fatherhas sentthe Son[to be] the Saviorof the world.
