"I havemanymorethingsto sayto you, but you cannotbear[them] now.
With manysuchparablesHe was speakingthe wordto them, sofar as they were ableto hearit;
"I will not speakmuchmorewith you, for the rulerof the worldis coming,and he hasnothingin Me;
"No longerdo I callyou slaves,for the slavedoes not knowwhathis masteris doing;but I have calledyou friends,for all thingsthat I have heardfrom My FatherI have made knownto you.
and concerningjudgment,becausethe rulerof thisworldhas been judged.
"But whenHe, the Spiritof truth,comes,He will guideyou into allthe truth;for He will not speakon His own initiative,but whateverHe hears,He will speak;and He will discloseto you what is to come.
To theseHe alsopresentedHimselfaliveafterHis suffering,by manyconvincing proofs,appearingto them over[a period of] fortydaysand speakingof the things concerningthe kingdomof God.
