That it might takeholdof the endsof the earth,And the wickedbe shakenout of it?
"For He looksto the endsof the earthAnd seeseverythingunderthe heavens.
"ThereforeHe knowstheir works,And He overthrows[them] in the night,And they are crushed.
"He strikesthem likethe wickedIn a publicplace,
"He does not keepthe wickedalive,But givesjusticeto the afflicted.
"Underthe wholeheavenHe letsit loose,And His lightningto the endsof the earth.
"Have you everin your lifecommandedthe morning,[And] caused the dawnto knowits place,
"It is changedlike clay[under] the seal;And they standforthlikea garment.
Let sinnersbe consumedfrom the earthAnd let the wickedbe nomore.Blessthe LORD,O my soul.Praisethe LORD!
So Mosesstretchedout his handoverthe sea,and the seareturnedto its normalstateat daybreak,while the Egyptianswere fleeingrightinto it; then the LORDoverthrewthe Egyptiansin the midstof the sea.
