Breakthe armof the wickedand the evildoer,Seekout his wickednessuntil You findnone.

"The shaggygoat[represents] the kingdomof Greece,and the largehornthat is betweenhis eyesis the firstking.
"While I was contemplatingthe horns,behold,anotherhorn,a littleone,cameup amongthem, and threeof the firsthornswere pulledout by the rootsbeforeit; and behold,thishornpossessed eyeslike the eyesof a manand a mouthutteringgreat[boasts].
In fierceangerHe has cutoffAllthe strengthof Israel;He has drawnbackHis righthandFrom beforethe enemy.And He has burnedin Jacoblike a flamingfireConsumingroundabout.
For the armsof the wickedwill be broken,But the LORDsustainsthe righteous.
