So it will comeabout whenMoabpresentshimself, Whenhe wearieshimself upon [his] highplaceAnd comesto his sanctuaryto pray,That he will not prevail.
But nowthe LORDspeaks,saying,"Within threeyears,as a hiredmanwould countthem, the gloryof Moabwill be degradedalong with all[his] greatpopulation,and [his] remnantwill be verysmall[and] impotent."
Do not trembleand do not be afraid;Have I not longsinceannounced[it] to you and declared[it]? And you are My witnesses.Is thereanyGodbesidesMe, Or is thereany [other] Rock?I knowof none.'"
