Woeto those who addhouseto house[and] joinfieldto field,Untilthere is nomoreroom,So that you have to livealonein the midstof the land!
Beforedestructionthe heartof manis haughty,But humility[goes] beforehonor.
Which used to strikethe peoplesin furywith unceasingstrokes,Which subduedthe nationsin angerwith unrestrainedpersecution.
"And you have spokenarrogantlyagainstMe and have multipliedyour wordsagainstMe; I have heard[it]."
Do you not knowwhatI and my fathershave doneto allthe peoplesof the lands?Were the godsof the nationsof the landsableat allto delivertheir landfrom my hand?
