[So] we seethat they were not ableto enterbecauseof unbelief.
Then they despisedthe pleasantland;They did not believein His word,
"He who has believedand has been baptizedshall be saved;but he who has disbelievedshall be condemned.
"He who believesin Him is not judged;he who does not believehas been judgedalready,becausehe has not believedin the nameof the only begottenSonof God.
"He who believesin the Sonhaseternallife;but he who does not obeythe Sonwill not seelife,but the wrathof Godabideson him."
And they also,ifthey do not continuein their unbelief,will be graftedin, for Godis ableto graftthem in again.
"But for all this,you did not trustthe LORDyour God,
in orderthat they allmay be judgedwho did not believethe truth,but took pleasurein wickedness.
Take care,brethren,that there not be in any oneof you an evil,unbelievingheartthat falls awayfrom the livingGod.
The one who believesin the Sonof Godhasthe testimonyin himself;the one who does not believeGodhas madeHim a liar,becausehe has not believedin the testimonythat Godhas givenconcerningHis Son.
NowI desireto remindyou, though you knowall thingsonce for all,that the Lord,after savinga peopleout of the landof Egypt,subsequentlydestroyedthosewho did not believe.
