He tookcurdsand milkand the calfwhichhe had prepared,and placed[it] beforethem; and he was standingby them underthe treeas they ate.
Then Isaacbroughther into his motherSarah'stent,and he tookRebekah,and she becamehis wife,and he lovedher; thus Isaacwas comfortedafterhis mother'sdeath.
Then the LORDGodcalledto the man,and saidto him, "Whereare you?"
So Labanwentinto Jacob'stentand into Leah'stentand into the tentof the twomaids,but he did not find[them]. Then he wentout of Leah'stentand enteredRachel'stent.
Then the LORDsaidto Cain,"Whereis Abelyour brother?"And he said,"I do not know.Am I my brother'skeeper?"
[to be] sensible,pure,workers at home,kind,being subjectto their ownhusbands,sothat the wordof Godwill not be dishonored.
By faithhe lived as an alienin the landof promise,as in a foreign[land], dwellingin tentswith Isaacand Jacob,fellow heirsof the samepromise;
