For ifwhile we were enemieswe were reconciledto Godthroughthe deathof His Son,muchmore,having been reconciled,we shall be savedby His life.
knowingthis,that our oldselfwas crucifiedwith [Him], in orderthat our bodyof sinmight be done awaywith, so that we would no longerbe slavesto sin;
For whatthe Lawcouldnot do, weakas it was throughthe flesh,God[did]: sendingHis ownSonin the likenessof sinfulfleshand [as an offering] for sin,He condemnedsinin the flesh,
becausethe mind seton the fleshis hostiletowardGod;for it does not subjectitself to the lawof God,for it is not evenable[to do so],
Sincethere is onebread,we who are manyare onebody;for we allpartakeof the onebread.

by abolishingin His fleshthe enmity,[which is] the Lawof commandments[contained] in ordinances,sothat in HimselfHe might makethe twointo onenewman,[thus] establishingpeace,
[to be specific], that the Gentilesare fellow heirsand fellow members of the body,and fellow partakersof the promisein ChristJesusthroughthe gospel,
[There is] onebodyand oneSpirit,justas alsoyou were calledin onehopeof your calling;
having canceledout the certificate of debtconsisting of decreesagainstus, whichwas hostileto us; and He has takenit out of the way,having nailedit to the cross.
Let the peaceof Christrulein your hearts,to whichindeedyou were calledin onebody;and be thankful.
