"For you have takenpledgesof your brotherswithoutcause,And strippedmen naked.
"Ifyou evertakeyour neighbor'scloakas a pledge,you are to returnit to him beforethe sunsets,
for that is his onlycovering;it is his cloakfor his body.Whatelse shall he sleepin? And it shall comeabout that whenhe criesout to Me, I will hear[him], for I am gracious.
but you shall freelyopenyour handto him, and shall generouslylendhim sufficientfor his need[in] whateverhe lacks.
