Thereforeifyou have been raisedup with Christ,keep seekingthe things above,whereChristis, seatedat the right handof God.
For the mindseton the fleshis death,but the mind seton the Spiritis lifeand peace,
"But seekfirstHis kingdomand His righteousness,and allthese thingswill be addedto you.
while we looknot at the things which are seen,but at the things which are not seen;for the things which are seenare temporal,but the things which are not seenare eternal.
Set your mindon the things above,not on the things that are on earth.
"But storeup for yourselvestreasuresin heaven,whereneithermothnorrustdestroys,and wherethievesdo not breakin orsteal;
fixing our eyeson Jesus,the authorand perfecterof faith,whofor the joyset beforeHim enduredthe cross,despisingthe shame,and has sat downat the right handof the throneof God.
"Sellyour possessionsand giveto charity;makeyourselvesmoney beltswhich do not wearout, an unfailingtreasurein heaven,wherenothiefcomes nearnormothdestroys.
You will makeknownto me the pathof life;In Your presenceis fullnessof joy;In Your righthandthere are pleasuresforever.
And He is the radianceof His gloryand the exact representationof His nature,and upholdsall thingsby the wordof His power.When He had madepurificationof sins,He sat downat the right handof the Majestyon high,
"But from nowon THE SONOF MANWILL BE SEATEDAT THE RIGHT HANDof the powerOF GOD."
Ifyou have diedwith Christto the elementary principlesof the world,why,as ifyou were livingin the world,do you submit yourself to decrees,such as,
Nowthe main pointin what has been said[is this]: we havesucha high priest,whohas taken His seatat the right handof the throneof the Majestyin the heavens,
whois the one who condemns?ChristJesusis He who died,yes,ratherwho was raised,whois at the right handof God,whoalsointercedesfor us.
but He, having offeredonesacrificefor sinsfor all time,SAT DOWNAT THE RIGHT HANDOF GOD,
Jesussaidto him, "You have saidit [yourself]; neverthelessI tellyou, hereafteryou will seeTHE SONOF MANSITTINGAT THE RIGHT HANDOF POWER,and COMINGON THE CLOUDSOF HEAVEN."
He who descendedis HimselfalsoHe who ascendedfar aboveallthe heavens,sothat He might fillall things.)
And Jesussaid,"I am;and you shall seeTHE SONOF MANSITTINGAT THE RIGHT HANDOF POWER,and COMINGWITH THE CLOUDSOF HEAVEN."
But to whichof the angelshas He eversaid,"SITAT MY RIGHT HAND,UNTILI MAKEYOUR ENEMIESA FOOTSTOOLFOR YOUR FEET"?
"For it was not Davidwho ascendedinto heaven,but he himselfsays:THE LORDSAIDTO MY LORD,"SITAT MY RIGHT HAND,
"For Davidhimselfsaysin the bookof Psalms,THE LORDSAIDTO MY LORD,"SITAT MY RIGHT HAND,
So then,when the LordJesushad spokento them, He was receivedup into heavenand sat downat the right handof God.
"Davidhimselfsaidin the HolySpirit,THE LORDSAIDTO MY LORD,"SITAT MY RIGHT HAND,UNTILI PUTYOUR ENEMIESBENEATHYOUR FEET."'
whois at the right handof God,having goneinto heaven,after angelsand authoritiesand powershad been subjectedto Him.
But beingfullof the HolySpirit,he gazed intentlyinto heavenand sawthe gloryof God,and Jesusstandingat the right handof God;
THE LORDSAIDTO MY LORD,"SITAT MY RIGHT HAND,UNTILI PUTYOUR ENEMIESBENEATHYOUR FEET"'?
The pathof life[leads] upwardfor the wiseThat he may keepawayfrom Sheolbelow.
The LORDsaysto my Lord:"Sitat My righthandUntilI makeYour enemiesa footstoolfor Your feet."
A wiseman'sheart[directs him] toward the right,but the foolishman'sheart[directs him] toward the left.
Wives,[be subject] to your ownhusbands,as to the Lord.
