"You hypocrites,rightlydid Isaiahprophesyof you:
for noprophecywas evermadeby an act of humanwill,but menmovedby the HolySpiritspokefrom God.
And He saidto them, "Rightlydid Isaiahprophesyof you hypocrites,as it is written:THISPEOPLEHONORSME WITH THEIR LIPS,BUT THEIR HEARTIS FARAWAYFROM ME.
Thenthe Spiritsaidto Philip,"Goup and jointhischariot."
Somewere being persuadedby the things spoken,but otherswould not believe.
saying,GOTO THISPEOPLEAND SAY,"YOU WILL KEEPON HEARING,BUT WILL NOT UNDERSTAND;AND YOU WILL KEEPON SEEING,BUT WILL NOT PERCEIVE;
Therefore,justas the HolySpiritsays,"TODAYIFYOU HEARHIS VOICE,
