For we writenothingelseto you thanwhatyou readand understand,and I hopeyou will understanduntilthe end;
Whendaycame,they could not recognizethe land;but they did observea baywith a beach,and they resolvedto drivethe shipontoit ifthey could.
whowill alsoconfirmyou to the end,blamelessin the dayof our LordJesusChrist.
But I trustthat you will realizethat we ourselvesdonot fail the test.
but we have renouncedthe things hiddenbecause of shame,not walkingin craftinessoradulteratingthe wordof God,but by the manifestationof truthcommendingourselvesto everyman'sconsciencein the sightof God.
Therefore,knowingthe fearof the Lord,we persuademen,but we are mademanifestto God;and I hopethat we are made manifestalsoin your consciences.
[and I pray] that the fellowshipof your faithmay becomeeffectivethroughthe knowledgeof everygood thingwhich is in you for Christ'ssake.
