Then Saulimmediatelyfellfulllengthupon the groundand was veryafraidbecauseof the wordsof Samuel;alsothere was nostrengthin him, for he had eatennofoodalldayand allnight.
"Whata helpyou are to the weak!How you have savedthe armwithoutstrength!
But in the morning,when the winehad goneout of Nabal,his wifetoldhim thesethings,and his heartdiedwithinhim so that he became[as] a stone.
"Moreover the LORDwill alsogiveover Israelalongwith you into the handsof the Philistines,therefore tomorrowyou and your sonswill be with me. Indeedthe LORDwill giveover the armyof Israelinto the handsof the Philistines!"
The womancameto Sauland sawthat he was terrified,and saidto him, "Behold,your maidservanthas obeyedyou, and I have takenmy lifein my handand have listenedto your wordswhichyou spoketo me.
