The stingof deathis sin,and the powerof sinis the law;
The wickedis thrustdownby his wrongdoing,But the righteoushasa refugewhen he dies.
ThenHe saidagainto them, "I goaway,and you will seekMe, and will diein your sin;whereI am going,you cannotcome."
"ThereforeI saidto you that you will diein your sins;for unlessyou believethat I am[He], you will diein your sins."
for the Lawbrings aboutwrath,but wherethere is nolaw,there also is noviolation.
But the free giftis not likethe transgression.For ifby the transgressionof the onethe manydied,muchmoredid the graceof Godand the giftby the graceof the oneMan,JesusChrist,aboundto the many.
For ifby the transgressionof the one,deathreignedthroughthe one,muchmorethosewho receivethe abundanceof graceand of the giftof righteousnesswill reignin lifethroughthe One,JesusChrist.
The Lawcamein sothat the transgressionwould increase;but wheresinincreased,graceabounded all the more,
For the wagesof sinis death,but the free giftof Godis eternallifein ChristJesusour Lord.
And inasmuchas it is appointedfor mento dieonceand afterthis[comes] judgment,
