To the Chief Musician, for stringed instruments. A Psalm of David. Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness; You gave room to me in trouble; have mercy on me, and hear my prayer.

And He also would have lured you from the mouth of distress to a wide place not cramped; and the setting of your table would be full of fatness.

For the righteous Jehovah loves righteousness; His face looks on the upright.

O Jehovah, truly I am Your servant; I am Your servant, and the son of Your handmaid; You have loosed my bonds.

Jehovah keeps the simple; I was brought low, and He helped me.

Look on me, and be merciful to me, as You usually do to those who love Your name.

And do not enter into judgment with Your servant, for in Your sight no one living is just.

He says, Only in Jehovah do I have righteousness and strength; even to Him he comes. And they are ashamed, all who are angry with Him.

In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely. And this is His name by which He shall be called, JEHOVAH, OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Jehovah the Lord is my strength, and He will make my feet like hinds' feet, and He will make me to walk on my high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.

But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who of God is made to us wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption;

who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver; in whom we trust that He will yet deliver us,

For, brothers, we would not have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength; so much so that we despaired even of life.

And David said, Jehovah who has delivered me out of the paw of the lion and out of the paw of the bear, He will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said to David, Go, and may Jehovah be with you.
