Stir up Yourself and awaken to my judgment, to my cause, my God and my Lord.
Awaken! Why do You sleep, O Jehovah? Arise! Do not cast us off forever.
Arise, O Jehovah, in Your anger; lift up Yourself because of the rage of my enemies, and awake for me to the judgment which You have commanded.
And Thomas answered and said to Him, My Lord and my God!
Awake! awake! Put on strength, O arm of Jehovah. Awake! as in the days of old, in the generations of old. Was it not You who cut Rahab into pieces, piercing the sea-monster?
I cried to You, O Jehovah; I said, You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.
He shall cry to Me, My Father, You are my God, and the rock of my salvation.
Stir up Your strength before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, and come, save us.
Without my fault they run and prepare themselves; awaken to help me, and look on me.
And the congregation of the peoples shall surround You; and over it You will return on high.
O let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the just. For the righteous God tries the minds and hearts.
Why do You hide Your face, and forget our affliction and distress?
Arise, O God, plead Your own cause; remember how the foolish man curses You daily.
Plead my cause, and deliver me; according to Your Word give me life.
O Jehovah, You have seen my wrong; judge my cause.
