And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands to Jehovah. And the thunder and hail stopped, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

its thunder declares concerning Him, and the cattle, concerning what is coming.

And have you an arm like God? Or can you thunder with a voice like His?
