I would have fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of Jehovah in the land of the living.

when I shall bring you down with those who go down into the Pit, with the people of old time, and shall set you in the low parts of the earth, in places ruined in days of old, with those who go down to the Pit, so that you have no inhabitants (but I gave glory in the land of the living)

Therefore since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not faint.

For this cause we do not faint; but though our outward man perishes, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.

For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God,
