To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. O God of my praise, do not be silent;
You are my God, and I will exalt You; You are my God, I will praise You.
A Psalm of David. I will cry to You, O Jehovah; my Rock, do not be deaf to me, lest, if You be silent to me, I become like those who go down into the pit.
A Song. A Psalm of Asaph. Keep not silence, O God; do not be speechless, and be not still, O God.
For lo, Your enemies roar; and those who hate You have lifted up their head.
Jehovah is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will glorify Him, my father's God, and I will exalt Him.
I have kept silence from forever; I have been still and refrained Myself. Now I will cry like a woman in pangs of labor, I will pant and gasp at once.
Heal me, O Jehovah, and I shall be healed, save me, and I shall be saved; for You are my praise.
He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and terrible things which your eyes have seen.
