The soul of the wicked desires evil; his neighbor finds no favor in his eyes.

He plots evil on his bed; he sets himself in a way that is not good; he does not hate evil.
The wicked desires the net of evils; but the root of the righteous yields fruit.
He who despises his neighbor sins, but he who has mercy on the poor, happy is he.
