In all labor there is gain, but the talk of the lips tends only to poverty.

The hand of the hard worker shall bear rule, but the lazy shall be under service.

The crown of the wise is their riches of wisdom; the foolishness of fools is folly.

He who tills his land shall have plenty of bread, but he pursuing vanities shall have poverty enough.

What profit does he have who works in that in which he labors?
