The soul who gives freely shall be made fat; and he who waters shall also be watered himself.

brought beds and basins and earthen vessels, and wheat and barley and flour and roasted grain, and beans and lentils and other roasted food,

There is one who scatters and yet increases; but one who withholds just due comes only to poverty.

He who is of a proud heart stirs up fighting; but he who puts his trust in Jehovah shall be made fat.

He who gives to the poor shall not lack, but he who hides his eyes shall have many a curse.

and your barns shall be filled with plenty, and your presses shall burst with new wine.

Honor Jehovah with your substance, and with the firstfruits of all your increase;

But the noble thinks noble things; and by noble things he shall stand.

Blessed are the merciful! For they shall obtain mercy.
