On the eleventh day Pagiel the son of Ocran, ruler of the sons of Asher, offered:

And over the army of the tribe of the sons of Asher was Pagiel, the son of Ocran.

And those that camp beside him shall be the tribe of Asher. And the ruler of the sons of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ocran.
