Behold the birds of the air; for they sow not, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Yet your heavenly Father feeds them; are you not much better than they are?
And take for yourself all food that is eaten, and you shall gather for yourself. And it shall be for food, for you and for them.
who teaches us more than the animals of the earth, and makes us wiser than the birds of the heavens?
Who provides food for the raven, when its young ones cry to God and wander about without food?
He gives the beasts their food, and to the young ravens which cry.
I know all the birds of the mountains; and the wild beasts of the field are Mine.
For the nations seek after all these things. For your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things.
Or what man is there of you, if his son asks a loaf, will he give him a stone?
And he said, I will do this. I will pull down my barns and build bigger ones, and I will store all my fruits and my goods there.
