And they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, the spirit immediately convulsed him. And he fell on the ground and wallowed, foaming.

And the unclean spirit, convulsing him, and crying with a loud voice, he came out of him.

And wherever he seizes him, he dashes him. And he foams and gnashes his teeth and pines away. And I spoke to Your disciples that they should cast him out, and they could not.

He answered him and said, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me!

And He asked his father, How long ago has it been since this came to him? And he said, From childhood.

And the spirit cried out, throwing him into convulsions, and came out of him. And he was like one dead, so that many said, He is dead.

And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Be quiet and come out of him! And when the demon had thrown him into the midst, he came out of him, not harming him.

(For He had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had seized him. And he had been kept bound in chains and in fetters, and he broke the bands and was driven into the deserted places by the demons.)

And lo, a spirit takes him, and he suddenly cries out. And it throws him into convulsions, with foaming, and with pain departs from him, bruising him.

And as he was still coming, the demon violently convulsed and tore him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit and healed the child and delivered him again to his father.

You are of the Devil as father, and the lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and did not abide in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own, for he is a liar and the father of it.

Be sensible and vigilant, because your adversary the Devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone he may devour;
