And the Lord answered him and said, Hypocrite! Does not each one of you on the sabbath loosen his ox or ass from the stall and lead it away, to give it drink?

A hypocrite corrupts his neighbor with his mouth; but through knowledge the just shall be delivered.

For the terrible one is brought to nothing, and the scorner is destroyed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off;

Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying,

But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of Heaven against men. For you neither go in, nor do you allow those entering to go in.

Even so you also appear righteous to men outwardly, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

Hypocrite! First cast the beam out of your own eye, and then you shall see clearly to cast the splinter out of your brother's eye.

In the meantime, when there had gathered together an innumerable crowd of people, so as to trample on one another, He began to say to His disciples first, Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

And He answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fall into a pit and will not immediately pull him out on the sabbath day?

Or how can you say to your brother, Brother, let me pull out the splinter in your eye, when you yourself do not see the beam that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First cast out the beam out of your own eye, and then you shall see clearly to pull out the splinter that is in your brother's eye.

And when the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, Do not weep.

And John, calling near a certain two of his disciples, sent them to Jesus, saying, Are You He that should come, or do we look for another?
