So a division occurred in the crowd because of Him.
For I have come to set a man against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
Do you suppose that I have come to give peace on earth? I tell you, no, but rather division.
Then a division occurred again among the Jews because of these words.

But the multitude of the city was divided. And part held with the Jews, and part with the apostles.
