Then that disciple whom Jesus loves said to Peter, It is the Lord! Then hearing that it is the Lord, Simon Peter girded on his coat (for he was naked), and cast himself into the sea.

This is from Jehovah; it is marvelous in our eyes.

Then Peter, turning around, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following (the one who also leaned on His breast at supper, and said, Lord, who is he who betrays You?)

This is the disciple who testifies of these things and wrote these things. And we know that his testimony is true.

And the other disciples came in a little boat (for they were not far from land, only about two hundred cubits), dragging the net of fish.

You know the Word which God sent to the sons of Israel, preaching the gospel of peace by Jesus Christ (He is Lord of all!);

Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God made this same Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.

The first man was out of earth, earthy; the second Man was the Lord from Heaven.

For the love of Christ constrains us, judging this, that if one died for all, then all died;

My brothers, do not have the faith of our Lord Christ, the Lord of glory, with respecter of faces.
