Shall I wait because you do not speak, because they stand still, answering no more?

Oh that you would stop speaking entirely! And it would be your wisdom.

They are broken; they answer no more; words have left them.

I also will answer my part; I also will declare my wisdom.

Even a fool, when he is silent, is counted wise, and he who shuts his lips is counted as a man of understanding.

So the understanding ones shall keep silent in that time; for it is an evil time.

Therefore, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
