They press out oil between their walls; they tread their winepresses, and still suffer thirst.

Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded cries for help; yet God does not charge foolishness.

He is swift on the waters; their portion is cursed in the earth; he does not behold the way of the vineyards.

And gladness and joy are gathered out of the plentiful field; and in the vineyards there is no singing and no shouting. The treader shall tread out no wine in the presses; I have made their shouting to cease.

Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness and his upper rooms without justice; his neighbor serves without pay, and he does not give him for his work;

You shall not muzzle an ox when he treads out the grain.

Behold, the hire of the laborers reaping your fields cry out, being kept back by you. And the cries of those who have reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of hosts.
