As for me, is my complaint to man? And why should my spirit not be troubled?

Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why do you moan within me? Hope in God; for I still praise Him, the salvation of my face, and my God.

Then He said to them, My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Wait here and watch with Me.

A prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed and pours out his complaint before Jehovah. Hear my prayer, O Jehovah, and let my cry come to You.

What is my strength, that I should hope? And what is my end, that I should be patient?

Do not count your handmaid for a daughter of wickedness, for out of the abundance of my meditation and grief I have spoken until now.

And Moses said so to the sons of Israel. But they did not listen to Moses through anguish of spirit and through cruel bondage.

that You seek out my iniquity, and search for my sin?
