So we fasted and prayed to our God for good. And He was pleased to hear us.

But Sarai was barren. She had no child.

He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry, and will save them.

Lo, children are the inheritance of Jehovah; the fruit of the womb is a reward.

To You who hears prayer, all flesh comes.

And it will be, before they call I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear.

and call on Me in the day of trouble; and I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.

And Eli answered and said, Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant to you your petition that you have asked of Him.

And God remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and opened her womb.
