You shall not raise a false report. Do not put your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, I will cut him off; him who has a high look and a proud heart, I will not allow.

A false witness shall not be unpunished, and a breather of lies shall not escape.

A wicked doer gives heed to false lips; a liar gives ear to an evil tongue.

He who breathes truth shows forth righteousness, but a false witness deceit.

What shall be given to you? Or what shall be done to you, O false tongue?

Deliver me not over to the will of my enemies; for false witnesses have risen up against me, and he that breathes out cruelty.

And he spoke slander against your servant to my lord the king. But my lord the king is as an angel of God. And do what is good in your eyes.

And the king said, And where is your master's son? And Ziba said to the king, Behold, he remains at Jerusalem. For he said, Today the house of Israel shall restore to me the kingdom of my father.

Keep far from a false matter, and do not kill the innocent and righteous. For I will not justify the wicked.

Does our law judge the Man before it hears Him and knows what He does?

And she spoke to him according to these words, saying, The Hebrew servant which you have brought to us came in to me to sport with me.

A faithful witness will not lie, but a false witness will speak lies.
