Exodus 22:9

Modern King James Version

For every case of trespass, for ox, for ass, for sheep, for clothing, for any kind of lost thing, which another claims to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges. Whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double to his neighbor.

You shall not revile God, nor curse the ruler of your people.

If the theft is certainly found in his hand alive, whether it is an ox, or an ass, or a sheep, he shall restore double.

or all that which he swore about falsely, he shall even repay it in its principal, and the fifth part he shall add to it, to whomever it belongs. He shall give it on the day of his guilt offering.

But if your brother shall trespass against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.

So likewise shall My heavenly Father do also to you, unless each one of you from your hearts forgive his brother their trespasses.

If there is a controversy between men, and they come to judgment, and they have been judged, and the righteous one is declared righteous, and the wrongdoer declared guilty,
