And the following night the Lord stood by him and said, Be of good cheer, Paul, for as you have testified of Me in Jerusalem, so you also must bear witness at Rome.

And do not fear those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Confess faults to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous one avails much.

And the rest went, some on boards and others on some of the things from the ship. And so it happened that all were saved on the land.

For if I am an offender or have committed anything worthy of death, I do not refuse to die. But if there is nothing of which these accuse me, no one can deliver me to them. I appeal to Caesar.

After these things were ended, passing through Macedonia and Achaia, Paul purposed in the spirit to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have come there, I must also see Rome.

Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble because he sees the light of the world.

And you shall be brought before governors and kings for My sake, for a testimony against them and the nations.

Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, Unless these remain in the ship, you cannot be saved.

And the mind of the soldiers was to kill the prisoners, lest any of them should swim out and escape.

But at once prepare lodging for me, for I hope that through your prayers I shall be given to you.

Your wickedness may hurt a man like yourself; and your righteousness may profit the son of man.

You drew near in the day that I called on You; You said, Fear not.
