For indeed regarding the ministry to the saints, it is not necessary for me to write to you.

As it is written, "He scattered; he has given to the poor; his righteousness remains forever."

But whoever has this world's goods and sees his brother having need, and shuts up his bowels from him, how does the love of God dwell in him?
