And he was gazing at him, and becoming terrified, he said, What is it, lord? And he said to him, Your prayers and your merciful deeds have come up for a memorial before God.

In those days Hezekiah was sick to death, and prayed to Jehovah. And He spoke to him, and He gave him a sign.

then hear from Heaven, from Your dwelling-place, and do according to all that the stranger calls to You for, so that all people of the earth may know Your name, and fear You, as Your people Israel, and may know that this house which I have built is called by Your name.

Let my prayer be set forth before You as incense, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

He will remember all your offerings, and accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah.

Cause Me to remember; let us enter into judgment; declare yourself, that you may be justified.

I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth. I did not say to the seed of Jacob, Seek me in vain. I Jehovah speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

And he said to me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright. For to you I am now sent. And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood trembling.

And he shall bring it to Aaron's sons, the priests. And he shall take out of it his handful of flour and its oil, with all its frankincense. And the priest shall burn the memorial of it on the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Jehovah.

Then those fearing Jehovah spoke together, each man to his neighbor. And Jehovah listened and heard. And a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who feared Jehovah, and for those esteeming His name.

Truly I say to you, Wherever this gospel shall be proclaimed in the whole world, that which this woman has done shall be spoken of also, for a memorial of her.

And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what kind of greeting this might be.

And as they were afraid, and bowed their faces down to the earth, they said to them, Why do you seek the living among the dead?

And he said, Cornelius, your prayer is heard, and your merciful deeds have been remembered before God.

This one heard Paul speaking; and Paul, looking intently at him, and seeing that he had faith to be healed,

And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said to me, Arise and go into Damascus. And there it shall be told you all things which are appointed for you to do.

And fastening his eyes on him, Peter with John said, Look on us!

But I have all, and abound. I have been filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things which you sent, an odor of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable and well-pleasing to God.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

And the smoke of the incense which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God from the angel's hand.

And Jehovah came and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel! Then Samuel answered, Speak, for Your servant hears.
