And Jeroboam's wife did so, and arose and went to Shiloh. And she came to the house of Ahijah. And Ahijah could not see, for his eyes were set because of his age.

And all the congregation of the sons of Israel gathered at Shiloh, and set up the tabernacle of the congregation there. And the land was subdued before them.

And it happened at that time, when Eli was lying down in his place, and his eyes began to become dim so that he could not see.

And Eli was ninety-eight years old, and his eyes were set so that he could not see.
