Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom you believed, even as the Lord gave to each?

even as those who from the beginning delivered to us, becoming eye-witnesses and ministers of the Word,

And John answered and said, A man can receive nothing unless it is given to him from Heaven.

And a certain Jew named Apollos, an Alexandrian by birth, an eloquent man mighty in the Scriptures, came to Ephesus.

And it happened in the time Apollos was at Corinth, Paul was passing through the higher parts to Ephesus. And finding certain disciples,

that I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the nations, ministering the gospel of God, so that the offering up of the nations might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

And God set some in the church, firstly, apostles; secondly, prophets; thirdly, teachers, then works of power, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, kinds of languages.

As regards our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come to you with the brothers, but it was not altogether his will that he come now. But he will come when he has opportunity.

According to the grace of God which is given to me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let every man be careful how he builds on it.

whether it is Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours,

So then neither is he who plants anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.

For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward; but if against my will, I am entrusted with a stewardship.

Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as beside myself,) I am more! I have been in labors more abundantly, in stripes above measure, in prisons more, in deaths many times.

it having been made plain that you are the epistle of Christ, ministered by us, not having been written with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not on tablets of stone, but in fleshly tablets of the heart.

who also has made us able ministers of the new covenant; not of the letter, but of the spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit makes alive.

Therefore since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not faint.

For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us;

And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

But working together, we also call on you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

but in everything commending ourselves as God's servants, in much patience, in troubles, in emergencies, in distresses,

Of this gospel I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effectual working of His power.

if indeed you continue in the faith grounded and settled, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard and which was proclaimed in all the creation under Heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister,

of which I became a minister, according to the administration of God given to me for you, to fulfill the Word of God;

And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who strengthened me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry

each one as he received a gift, ministering it to yourselves as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
