And looking around on them with anger, being grieved because of the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man, Stretch out your hand! And he stretched it out. And his hand was restored whole, like the other.

But seeing this, the Pharisee who had invited Him, spoke within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what kind of woman this is who touches him, for she is a sinner.

Let no one seek his own, but each one another's.

even as I please all men in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of the many, so that they may be saved.

For first of all, when you come together in the church, I hear that there are divisions among you, and I partly believe it.

Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

At my first answer no one was beside me, but all deserted me. May it not be laid to their charge.

Therefore, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
