Behold, I have created the smith who blows the coals in the fire and who brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the destroyer in order to cause ruin.

The measuring line shall stretch out straight to the hill Gareb, and shall then turn to Goah.

It devoured and broke in pieces, and stamped the rest with its feet. And it was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.

Therefore thus says the Lord: I have returned to Jerusalem with mercy, and My house will be built in it, says the Lord of Hosts, and a measuring line will be stretched over Jerusalem.

And I then lifted up my eyes, and I saw four horns.

I was given a reed like a measuring rod. The angel stood, saying, “Rise and measure the temple of God and the altar, and those who worship in it.

He who talked with me had a golden rod to measure the city and its gates and wall.
