For if those who are of the law become heirs, faith would be made void and the promise nullified,

It is time for You, O  Lord, to act, for they have broken Your law.

so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place, and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of those who seek their lives. And their corpses I will give to be food for the fowl of the heaven and for the beasts of the earth.

But if her husband has clearly voided them on the day he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of herself, will not stand. Her husband has voided them, and the Lord will forgive her.

But if he clearly makes them void after he has heard them, then he will bear her iniquity.

Do we then make the law void through faith? God forbid! Instead, we establish the law.

Therefore the promise comes through faith, so that it might be by grace, that the promise would be certain to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all

Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?

I do not nullify the grace of God. For if righteousness comes by the law, then Christ died in vain.

You have been cut off from Christ, whoever of you are justified by law; you have fallen from grace.

and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is of God on the basis of faith,

For the law made nothing perfect, but now a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God.

For the law appoints men who are weak as high priests, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints a Son who is made perfect forever.
