You rule the raging of the sea; when its waves rise, You still them.
Who is like the Lord our God, who dwells on high,
The Lord sat enthroned over the flood; and the Lord sits as King forever.
You still the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the tumult of the peoples.
Righteousness shall be the belt of his loins, and faithfulness the belt about his waist.
You show lovingkindness to thousands, and recompense the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them, O great and mighty God. The Lord of Hosts is His name,
He rebukes and dries up the sea, and He makes waterless all the rivers. Bashan and Carmel wither up, and the sprout of Lebanon wastes away.

They feared greatly and said to one another, “What kind of Man is He, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”
