Let God arise; let His enemies be scattered; let those who hate Him flee before Him.

“Now rise up, O  Lord God, to Your resting place, both You and the ark of Your strength. And let Your priests, O  Lord God, be clothed in salvation and Your loyal ones rejoice in goodness.

yet He repays those who hate Him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack with him who hates Him. He will repay him to his face.
